What is a Healthy diet?
Healthy diet is low-carb diet highly rich in fat which results in reducing the intake of carbohydrates from your body and replaces it with fat. This diet enables you to burn fat more efficiently. It is also used and recommended by many health specialists. A perfect Healthy diet consists of 20-50 grams of carbs per day which is quite challenging but many nutritious meals can fit into it in this way of eating.
Healthy Diet is separated into 4 parts:
Standard Healthy Diet: This diet consists of low-carb meals, moderate proteins and natural fat diet such as:
- Dairy products (Milk, Butter, Cream, Cheese)
- Poultry products (Eggs, Chicken, Meat, Fatty Fish – Salmon, trout, tuna and mackerel)
- Low carb vegetables (Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Spinach, Avocados, Cauliflower)
- Nuts & Seeds
- Healthy oils (Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and avocado oil)
- Condiments (Salt, pepper, and healthy herbs and spices.
Cyclical Healthy Diet: This diet consists of the duration of higher-carb meals, which involves 5 ketogenic days which is followed by 2 high-carb days.
Targeted Healthy Diet: This diet is primarily used by bodybuilders or athletes and enables you to add carbs around your workouts. This diet is best-suited for those who want to grow their muscles. This diet is nothing but defines in terms of following regular keto diet with the only exception of taking carbs during or around your workouts.
High-protein Healthy Diet: This diet is quite similar to the standard ketogenic diet but contains more amount of protein. Carrying 60% of fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs.
Today in this era we do not get all the nutrients required for our body and for getting that we need Healthy eating that is getting all the supplements required for our body through our food. The supplement comprises of protein, carbohydrates, fats, water and minerals which is important for everyone. We everywhere find several advices on healthy eating but in today's life what is the most important is the getting advice from the dietician so that we can maintain our balanced diet. When we were child we don't believe on healthy eating as whatever we got form our parents and from our surroundings we used to intake that but that won’t be anymore because in our childhood days we often used to play all the time but today in the hectic schedule it’s not so easy to get our food digested as we do not get time for walking, jogging, exercising, yoga. We must know how to eat properly and when to eat and what to eat and why to eat if we get the answer to these questions then we can find the best solution to the healthy diet and we can overcome maximum diseases. We have not to run to doctors for the treatment of our body. Healthy eating means not that we restrict our diet means take supplements in limited amount or depriving yourselves of the food you are in love with. Rather it's about feeling energetic, improving your health and boosting your mind. Many people get overwhelmed about the conflicting nutrition. Since every time you always find the contradiction that someone saying that this food is good or the health and on the same side another one saying that this is not good. Eating a healthy diet does not need to be complicated whereas study shows that some of the foods or nutrients have been shown to have a beneficial effect on mood.
